Chloe is a Community Sales Representative for D.R. Horton’s Northwest Arkansas Division
To date, she has been recognized as a top-producing agent for December 2022, June 2023, and July 2023.
She was raised on both coasts in Florida and California with two siblings.
As a young adult, Chloe joined the U.S. Army working alongside various command teams domestically and internationally. Her vigor for being part of an organization with deep purpose led her to earning multiple awards and early promotions..placing her in decision-making, public-facing leadership roles with others more than twice her senior.
After six years serving in the military, Chloe entered the private sector. Multiple career opportunities provided her the chance to become a resident of North Carolina, Texas, Nevada, Washington State, and now Northwest Arkansas where she worked her way to secure a corporate position with one of Northwest Arkansas’ major employers as an Implementation Manager leading dynamic departments to collaborate on business-to-business deals worth multi-millions.
Practicing real estate was always in her heart but with navigating multiple moves, she wanted to ensure she was in a place she’d call home before earning her license. The intent was to jumpstart her business once she made her way back to Houston, TX but three months after living in Northwest Arkansas and recognizing the stark financial differences and undeniable growth, she was on board!
Rogers, Arkansas (Pinnacle area) was her initial introduction to Northwest Arkansas, and now she resides in Fayetteville.
Exploring what Northwest Arkansas has to offer is her favorite thing to do with her fiancé. From good eats to visual and performing arts, she’s there!
